At Elvie, we offer next day shipping as standard on all US orders. If you order before 1PM, your order will be delivered the next working day.

How do I track my shipment?
Once your Elvie product has been dispatched from our warehouse, you’ll receive an automated email with a link to your tracking information. If you can’t find your dispatch confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Can I return an unopened Elvie product?
You can return an unopened Elvie product purchased from the Elvie website within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our Terms of Sale for full details about your rights.

For hygiene and safety reasons, most of our products cannot be returned to us or a retailer once opened (or the tamper seal is broken) unless they are faulty.
