Privacy and security

Your privacy and security are of the utmost importance to us and your personal information is always kept private.

Elvie Trainer records data from your workouts and we encrypt it then store it on our servers (otherwise it would take up too much space on your smart phone) but we never connect your secure exercise data with any personally identifiable data such as your name or contact details.

Returns for Elvie Trainer

Elvie Trainer is a medical device and intimate product. For hygiene and safety reasons, it can only be used by one person.

This means that once the tamper seal is broken, you will not be able to return it to us or to a retailer unless it is faulty. Please refer to our Terms of Sale for full details about your rights.
