My Elvie Nipple Cushion is impacting my suction

Elvie Nipple Cushions can change the suction that you experience with your Elvie Pump or Elvie Stride. When using Elvie Nipple Cushions, it’s important to experiment with your intensity settings to find what works best for your body. 

If you’re experiencing reduced suction on your Elvie Pump or Elvie Stride, make sure your nipple cushion isn’t pushed too far inside your breast shield. Your nipple cushion should not cover any part of the hole that allows milk to drain down into the bottle.

My Elvie Nipple Cushions have become misshapen

Elvie Nipple Cushions are made from a flexible silicone that will mold slightly to your body shape or change shape while being sterilized. If your Elvie Nipple Cushions have become misshapen, it’s usually nothing to be concerned about - this should not affect you during use and the cushions should return to their original shape.

Returning your Elvie Nipple Cushions

Elvie Nipple Cushions are an intimate product. For hygiene and safety reasons, you will not be able to return them to us or to a retailer once the box has been opened, unless they are faulty.
