Milk is leaking from my Elvie Stride, what do I do?

Your pump should not leak during normal operation.

There are a few different reasons that your pump might leak:

• It might not be assembled correctly

• Your nipple alignment might not quite be right

• There could be a damaged part

How do I re-attach a Tube into a Cap?

If a Tube has become detached from a Cap, you can re-attach it by:

• Threading the Short Tube back into the Cap

• Pushing the Short Tube into the Tube Port

When you have done this, please make sure there are no kinks or bends in the Tubes.

What do the alert and warning lights on my Elvie Stride mean?

The lights on your pump tell you important things about its status:

• If the Intensity Lights are flashing, your pump is paused

• If the Battery Light flashes red four times, your pump’s battery is empty and it needs charging

• If all the Intensity Lights are illuminated, you have reached maximum intensity

• If all the lights flash and then turn off there is a technical error. If this happens, switch the pump on and off again. If the issue persists, please contact our Customer Care team.

I think my Cup Front or Breast Shield is bent or warped, what do I do?

High heat can sometimes bend or warp Cup Fronts or Breast Shields. If you think this has happened, please contact our Customer Care Team. 

Any bending or warping to washable parts is covered by our 90 day warranty.

My Elvie Stride is heating up while I’m using it, what do I do?

We’d expect your Elvie Stride to get warm during use. This is because the internal pumps are working hard in a very small space. All the parts have been rigorously tested and are safe.

How do I perform a factory reset on my Elvie Stride?

Please note, a factory reset will delete any sessions that have not been transferred to the app.

To perform a factory reset on your pump:

1. Turn it on

2. Press and hold both the + and - buttons simultaneously for five seconds

The Play/ Pause and Intensity Lights will flash while your pump is resetting. 

When your pump has reset, all the lights will turn off and the pump will switch itself off.
