Android devices must be running version 6 or newer. Please check your phone specifications to ensure that they meet these minimum requirements. Unfortunately, the Elvie Trainer app is not currently compatible with Huawei devices.

You are able to log out of your account so that your data is kept private if others have access to your devices. Your workout data is stored securely and anonymously, but if at any point you want us to remove it from our servers simply contact our Customer Care Team.

Yes! If you’d like to practise squeezing and relaxing without impacting your workout results, first connect Elvie Trainer to your phone or tablet. Next, tap the menu icon and then ‘Trainer info’. At the bottom of this screen, tap ‘Check’ to access the ‘free play’ screen.
What does my LV score mean?
Your LV score simply shows you how strongly you’re squeezing. You may well find that it is higher during some workouts than others, depending on the time of the month (or even the time of day!). There is no average score; pelvic floor strength varies across individuals depending on where they are in their recovery, age, time of the month, and more.
While the app offers scores and metrics, if your reason for using the Elvie Trainer is to treat symptoms of incontinence, then the reduction in these symptoms will be a more helpful indicator of your improvement. Also, maintaining your pelvic floor muscles is just as important as treating issues - so if your score starts to plateau over time, that’s ok too.
If you’re using Elvie Trainer several times a week, you will start to get a feel for what a ‘normal’ LV score is for you. However, it’s important to remember that the LV score is just one aspect of the workout. The Pulse and Speed exercises that challenge your fast twitch muscles (rather than your overall strength) are just as important.
How do I check if I have the latest version of the app?
Many smartphones automatically apply app updates in the background as soon as they’re available. However, to check whether you have the latest version of the Elvie Trainer app - or to upgrade your app to the latest version manually - simply follow these steps:

For iPhone:
Open the App Store.
Tap your profile icon in the top-right of the screen.
Scroll to see pending or upcoming updates. If you see the Elvie Trainer app listed here, tap ‘Update’ to update the app manually (if the app is not listed you already have the latest version).
Is my data stored securely in the app?
